Website Purchase Returns
Eligibility for Returns
- Unopened products: Eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Product must be unused and in original, undamaged packaging.
- Opened products: Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery only if:
- The product caused an adverse skin reaction (details required)
- The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
Non-Returnable Items
- Products returned after the stated window
- Products that are more than 25% used
- Items not purchased directly from dalliumbeauty.com (see below)
- Gift cards and promotional items
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at support@dallium.ca with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- For reactions or defects, please provide a description and, if possible, photos for quality assurance.
- If your return is approved, we will provide instructions and a return authorization number.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover return shipping costs.
- For all other eligible returns, customers are responsible for return shipping.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- If a returned product does not meet eligibility criteria, we will notify you and arrange to return the item at your expense.
Exchanges
- Direct exchanges are not offered. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order if you wish to try a different product.
Purchases Made Through Amazon.ca
If your purchase was made through Amazon.ca, please note:
- All returns, refunds, and exchanges must be processed directly through Amazon.ca in accordance with their policies.
- We are unable to process returns or refunds for Amazon.ca orders through our website.
